Cancellation Policy

Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your Kaivo subscription at any time through your device settings or directly in the app. Here's how:
iOS (App Store)
- 1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- 2. Tap your name at the top
- 3. Tap "Subscriptions"
- 4. Find Kaivo and tap it
- 5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Android (Google Play)
- 1. Open Google Play Store
- 2. Tap Menu → Subscriptions
- 3. Find Kaivo subscription
- 4. Tap "Cancel subscription"
- 5. Follow the on-screen instructions
When Cancellation Takes Effect
- • Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- • You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your paid period
- • No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
- • Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation
Free Trial Cancellation
If you're on a free trial, you can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid being charged. To avoid charges:
- • Cancel at least 24 hours before your free trial ends (iOS)
- • Cancel before the trial period expires (Android)
- • You'll keep access to premium features until the trial period ends
Refund Policy
Important: All subscription payments are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Refund requests must be made directly through these platforms.
Requesting a Refund:
- • iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- • Android: Visit Google Play refund page
Refund eligibility is determined by Apple's and Google's respective refund policies, not by Kaivo directly.
Data After Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- • Your progress data remains saved in the app
- • You can continue using basic features
- • Premium features will be locked after your billing period ends
- • You can reactivate your subscription at any time to regain full access
